This template provides a structured framework for completing your quarterly CBAM declaration report as required under EU Regulation 2023/956. It includes pre-labelled sections for importer details, goods classifications by CN code, country of origin, embedded emissions data, and carbon price adjustments.

Guidance notes are embedded throughout in blue text — delete these before submission. The template is aligned with the format expected by the CBAM Registry portal and has been reviewed against the European Commission's declarant guidance published in Q4 2025.
